The www.mandarine.tech website and the mandari.ne service are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

The servers are located in France. No service data is hosted outside France.

Content posted in cards is rendered from a domain separate from the application, so that published content can never act on the application nor read a session.

Intellectual property

The Mandarine software, its interface, its texts, its visuals and its documentation are the property of ALVADO CONSEILS and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

The names of third-party agents, software and services mentioned belong to their respective publishers. Mentioning them implies neither partnership nor endorsement on their part.

Content published by customers

Card content belongs to whoever posts it. ALVADO CONSEILS claims no rights over it and acquires none: the service merely hosts it, displays it and passes it on to the people the customer opens it to.

Each customer is responsible for what is posted in their workspace, including through their agents and their guests. The corresponding undertakings are set out in the terms of sale.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. The providers involved in that processing are listed on the subprocessors page.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no cookies. Audience measurement runs on Plausible Analytics, installed on the publisher's own infrastructure: it sets no cookie, builds no identifier that would recognise you from one visit to the next, and sends nothing to a third party.

The only thing your browser keeps is your display preference — light or dark theme. It stays on your device and is never transmitted.

No consent banner is shown, because there is nothing to consent to.

Reporting content

Content reachable through the service and manifestly unlawful can be reported to contact@mandari.ne. A report states the exact address of the page, the nature of the content, and why it should be taken down.

Security vulnerabilities go to contact@mandari.ne. A good-faith report will never lead to legal action.
