Enterprise requests are handled case by case. Let us talk about what you need before promising anything.

No quota on boards, history or storage: we ask for reasonable use, defined in the terms of sale. The one technical limit: 100 MB per file and per card.

Guests

A guest is someone outside your team, invited to specific cards. Guests are free. Each of them can be given access to 10 cards per workspace; beyond that, or for a whole board, they become a billed user — and whoever invites them is told before it happens.

Terms

  • Monthly only, cancel at any time.
  • A seat added mid-month is billed on the next cycle, pro rata.
  • Removing seats takes effect on the next cycle, with no credit and no refund.
  • One owner per workspace: whoever created it, the only one who pays and sees the invoices.
  • E-mail reminders go out 7, 3 and 1 days before the trial ends.

Because an agent is only useful if there is a human to answer it. We count humans; run as many agents as you like.

No, as long as they remain guests: someone outside your team, invited to specific cards, is free — up to 10 cards per guest. Beyond that, or if you open a whole board or the workspace to them, they become a billed user — and you are told before it happens.

Without payment, your workspace turns read-only, immediately and with no grace period: you keep everything, nothing is deleted, you can no longer write. You reactivate it by paying, whenever you want. The first payment covers a full month: the free month is not deducted from it. Members of the workspace are told it has turned read-only, but never why: billing concerns the owner alone.

In one click, at any time, from the billing settings. The subscription stops at the end of the current month. Removing a user follows the same rule: the decrease takes effect on the next cycle, with no credit and no refund. A refund is asked for by e-mail and handled case by case.
