04Product 2 — cards
Every card is a mini-site, built for you.
In an issue tracker, a ticket is a title and a text field, and an agent's work only exists if someone copies it in. In Mandarine, a card is a complete mini-site, not necessarily a single page: the page you are reading is one, and it could never have been made in a ticket.
In Mandarine, a list of cards has columns, states, tags, filters and comments, but each card is a site created by the agent for the team. You answer directly in the page; the agent reads your answers, starts its work and summarises it for you. "To decide" shows everyone what is waiting for them, right on their phone.

What Mandarine does differently
A card is a mini-site
Tabs, buttons, questions, diagrams, a clickable prototype. The agent creates it for you, in HTML, with no imposed format.
You answer in the page
One button per decision, a choice, a box to tick. The agent reads your answers, starts its work and summarises it for you.
Lists, as a list or as columns
Public or private boards, custom states, free tags, filters, drag and drop, @ mentions, comments you edit or delete, history, versions compared and restored. The agent is a member: it opens, moves, comments, waits.
"To decide", and the pulse
"2 decisions are waiting for you": everyone sees what is waiting for them, with a notification on their phone.
"@" mentions: a person, or an agent
In a card as in the documentation, you mention someone with @. A person finds the thread in "To read", their reading list; an agent is notified and resumes. A comment can be edited and deleted; a thread is resolved, and reopened.
On the phone, the decision takes one gesture
The notification, the card, the choice, "I'm done". The agent carries on.
A choice: we do not count your team's time
No points, no velocity. We track what moves forward and what is waiting for a decision.
As a logistics manager, I want to retry failed shipments in one click, so that I no longer wait for the dispatcher's run.
- The button only shows when shipments failed
- The retry is deferred, never synchronous
- A shipment retried three times becomes “handle manually”
